Jennifer Kosche is a dynamic sales and marketing professional with a proven record of leading and motivating both in-office and remote sales teams to exceed revenue goals. An expert in growth strategy through associate training, development and personalized customer engagement, Jennifer is focused on elevating the customer experience. Her own progressive 20-year career in sales and marketing offers a unique perspective in managing the many roles that make up a team.


Jennifer’s objective is to guide industry leaders to manage diverse, multigenerational teams by providing effective tools of communication and resources to identify trends, target new business, grow existing accounts and cultivate loyal customer relationships. Her ability to analyze complex data, execute effective sales strategies to grow revenue and market share result in immediate achievements and long-term solutions.


Junior Lacayo
Operational  Effectiveness

Junior manages innovative business process improvements resulting in measurable financial and customer loyalty gains by applying the Six Sigma methodology to the total hotel operation. Skilled in the tools used to set and accomplish specific goals for a project, he leads project teams by mobilizing its members and others within the organization to accomplish the aggressive goals specified in its Project Charter. 

He is well-versed in handling multiple projects and their related resources, collaborating with team members to overcome barriers, and coaches them the process of setting and accomplishing goals for any project.

Junior Serves as the Sustainability Specialist during our projects and will be the subject matter expert to further improve your business results.

Audra Herron is a passionate and experienced Human Resources Strategist who understands that the true value of any company, big or small, is the people who drive its mission forward. With over 15 years of human resources experience, Audra’s focus is now on bringing her corporate experience to business owners of small to mid-sized private enterprises.


Before founding Herron Resources, Audra’s human resources journey began as a college student when she landed a part-time job as an HR Assistant for the Hilton brand hotel chain, The DoubleTree Tallahassee. It was there that she learned that HR is so much more than a back of the house, paperwork driven part of a business. She realized that brands shine from the inside out and that a company’s people are a big part of that.
